What is Inbox Jones?
> Inbox Jones is a treasure map for your Gmail. Years of old receipts, newsletters, and forgotten attachments pile up like ruins. Jones charts the dig sites — you bring the shovel.
> It works by building Gmail searches that surface specific piles of old clutter. You open each search in Gmail, review what turns up, and decide what stays and what goes. Nothing happens without you.
WHAT IT DOES
- Generates Gmail search queries ("missions") for old receipts, newsletters, promotions, giant attachments, and dusty forgotten folders.
- Opens those searches in Gmail, or copies the raw query so you can paste it yourself.
- Tracks which missions you have completed or skipped — stored only in your browser.
- Hands you a map and a shovel. You do the digging, inside Gmail, on your terms.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
- Connect to your Gmail account or use the Gmail API.
- Read, scan, or store any of your email.
- Auto-delete, archive, or label anything.
- Send any of your data to a server. There is no server, no account, no database.
